The results of your work completely met the expectations that you set when we discussed what needed to be done to resolve the problems we were having with the floors. You brought the floors from a dull, unfinished floor covered in scuff marks to a white, high-gloss floor that is repellent of every day foot traffic. We are so pleased with the results that we think we are going to keep them for the long term rather than have them replaced, which is is not only a cost savings for us, but also saving us much pain and aggravation. We were also very please with the professionalism in which you conducted yourselves during the entire project.
